Granola bars
Simple, effective and absolutely delicious!
Recipe inspired from La Cuisine de Bernard.
Ingredients
- 100 g margarine
- 100 g brown sugar
- 30 g golden syrup
- 100 g oats
- 50 g dessicated coconut
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 25 g sesame seeds
- 25 g walnuts
- 25 g raisins
- 25 g cranberries
Instructions
- Turn on the oven at ~170°C.
- Toast sesame seeds, and add them to a mixing bowl.
- Add all other dry ingredients to the bowl.
- In a small saucepan, bring the golden syrup, brown sugar and margarine to a low boil. Add them to the bowl, and mix.
- Line a rectangular dish with baking paper, and pour the mixture on it. Flatten with a spatula.
- Bake for 25 min, and take it out of the oven.
- Let it cool down entirely, and chop into bars.
- Store in an air-tight container.
