Catering for Copenhagen Fashion Week

I was honoured to be contacted by the talented Tess Van Zalinge and her crew who did a shoot in Copenhagen for Copenhagen Fashion Week. The menu consisted of wraps, dips, quiches, bread, fruits, granola bars and cookies for 20 people, and I was warmly welcomed in their creative space to set the table. Everyone was so nice and generous, I'd do it again in a heartbeat! (Plus, check out Tess's fashion, it is genuinely very cool).
