My first catering for a party of 60 people!

I would like to thank Astrid who trusted me with catering for her birthday party on 2nd September. I made an Indian-style menu for all 60 guests, which consisted of:

Curries/legumes

· Tofu butter chicken

· Coconut peanut stew with kidney beans & veggies

· Red lentil dal tadka

Grains

· Rice with green peas & almonds

· Naans

Dips/sides

· Japanese cabbage salad

· Hummus

· Taktouka
